2pac Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms You Need to Know
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 2pac platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 2pac ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by this platform, you agree to be fully bound by all provisions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 2pac platform. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms have been published will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
These terms apply to all platform users regardless of location, device used, or service category accessed — covering casino, table games, match odds, popular games, and all other available features.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of 2pac services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party using your login credentials. 2pac reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure account security and meet compliance requirements.
Age Restriction
Use of this platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until verification is received.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 2pac platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the platform's systems;
- Creating or using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing a third party to use your account;
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information through the platform;
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of games or the accuracy of match results.
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of existing balances, and, where applicable, further legal action.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 2pac platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including TNG eWallet and online banking via FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
The platform reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. Users are encouraged to check the deposit section of their account for the latest limits before making any transaction.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified by the platform for the chosen method. The platform reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification or a security review where necessary. Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or a terms violation will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
Transaction Errors
In the event of a technical error affecting any transaction or game outcome due to a system disruption, the platform reserves the right to void or correct the transaction in question. Users are not entitled to claim any winnings arising from such technical errors.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
2pac accepts no liability for any losses incurred by users in connection with their use of the platform, including financial losses, disruption of access, or inconvenience arising from system maintenance or technical failures beyond the platform's control.
The platform is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by users under any circumstances. The platform's liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
2pac reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, use of multiple accounts, or activity that poses a risk to the platform's security or other users. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, text, logos, and software on the 2pac platform are the property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 2pac management.
Third-Party Links and Services
2pac may provide links or integrations to third-party services such as payment processors. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms of service.
Changes to Terms
2pac reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version of the terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
